Payments, Refunds & Fees

• Payments for Lusofunding services are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• By purchasing a challenge, you explicitly waive your right to a refund.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, fees, and payment structures at any time.
• Any chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

• Use Lusofunding for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.
• Exploit software bugs or use automated trading scripts.
• Attempt to manipulate sports markets or betting odds.
• Share, transfer, or sell Lusofunding accounts.

Lusofunding reserves the right to terminate accounts suspected of fraud without compensation. Violations of these Terms may lead to immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

• DisputeResolution&Arbitration

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Malta, unless an alternative method is required by law.
• Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Lusofunding.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through arbitration, it shall be brought before the

competent courts of Malta.

• Arbitration is mandatory before any legal proceedings can be initiated against Lusofunding.
• Fraud Prevention & Risk Management

Lusofunding reserves the right to:

• Monitor user activity to detect fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized behavior.
• Share fraud-related data with regulatory bodies, payment processors, or relevant third parties.
• Restrict or ban users suspected of engaging in unethical activities.
