Refund policy
1. No Refund Policy
Once a payment for a Lusofunding challenge is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued. After purchasing a challenge, users receive their login credentials and immediate access to the platform, making the purchase final and non-refundable.
However, in special cases (such as a payment processing error or duplicate charge), refunds may be considered if:
â—Ź The user has not placed any bets or used the account in any way.
â—Ź A technical issue prevented access to the platform before usage began.
To request an exception, contact support@lusofunding.com within 48 hours of purchase. All refund requests are subject to review and approval.
2. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks through their bank or payment provider will be permanently banned from the platform.
â—Ź Any chargeback will invalidate access to the Lusofunding platform and all active accounts.
â—Ź Lusofunding reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and may report misuse to financial institutions.

3. Refund After Successful Challenge Completion
Users who successfully complete the Verification Phase of the challenge and progress to a funded account may receive a refund of their initial signup fee with their third withdrawal.
â—Ź Refund eligibility: The user must generate sufficient profits to qualify for a payout.
â—Ź If no withdrawal is made, the signup fee remains non-refundable.
Lusofunding reserves the right to deny refunds if fraudulent activity is detected or if the user violates any Terms & Conditions.
4. Acceptance of Refund Policy
By purchasing any Lusofunding challenge, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms before making a purchase.
